Random Identities x Li Ning Campaign
While at Random Identities I worked on all aspects of a sneaker collaboration with Chinese sportswear company Li-Ning—from product and packaging design to the concept and production of a campaign consisting of video and still imagery.
Random Identities’ brand image is heavily rooted in the avant garde and queer club scenes of Berlin and beyond, and its intended clientele is aware of the aesthetic codes native to this community. The campaign below is a highly stylized interpretation of encounters that might take place in one of these spaces where music and sexuality collide, shot specifically to highlight the sneakers’ unique strobing light feature.
